The long-awaited Ford bronco Roof Rack that works with the TrailRax Pak Rax! This Aluminum roof rack offers an assortment of ways to mount gear and tools for your next adventure. We use 5051 3/16" aluminum for the main panels that give extreme rigidness and durability for all the gear you plan to equip your Bronco with. We also have a large number of accessories available with this roof rack that will allow endless combinations and possibilities for the end-user.

We added a wind deflector to the roof rack to eliminate wind-noise all together. As we test drove broncos with the MIC hardtop and ones with the OEM roof rack, we noticed a ton of wind noise and wanted to eliminate that noise as much as possible. We also worked with our friends at Heretic Studio to work on a cut-out to flush fit an offroad light onto the wind deflector. This combination of our roof rack and Heretic's 40" or Baja Designs S8 40" light will allow the light to sit below the top face of the aluminum TSLOT so that the rack is completely level for those larger items on the rack.
Our Aluminum extrusions/TSLOTS that come with the rack are anodized black and cut to length with absolute precision. The extrusions are made locally here in Utah and have a high-stress rating as well as deflection rating giving the user the best load capacity possible. They also include machined cut outs in the crossmember designed to allow you to drop in hardware without removing the crossbar from the rack!
Our one-piece side panels for the roof rack offer extreme durability and capacity to the rack itself. It also offers a 90-degree bent channel that gives the end-user a full 360 degree area to mount even more accessories. These panels also come precut with slots to add more extrusions and tools to the side panels, offering more modularity and customization.
The mounting system uses a clamping system that clamps onto the OEM Ford MIC hardtop that offers an easy bolt-on design. The front of the full-length roof racks mounts into existing studs on the windshield offering a very rigid place to distribute loads on the roof rack. Our Pak Rax for the Ford Bronco mounts directly into the side panel and offers some weight distribution from the rack down to the body of the car which puts less stress on the MIC Hardtop allowing for higher capacity.
Our TrailRax Modular Roof Rack line is a great option for the all-out overlanders or desert racers as well as the entry-level overlanders or off-roaders. This rack gives the end-user the ability to upgrade or add to their roof rack as they need.
MIC hardtop is required for this product. Fits all models and trims of Ford Bronco with a hardtop.
Product Specifications:
- Overall height added to your Bronco- 3.845" from the center of the hardtop or 3.345" from the highest point of the hardtop (outer edges).
- Pak Rax load rating: 70 lbs per side evenly distributed
- Static load rating of the rack: 850 lbs evenly distributed across the rack verified in CAD and real life testing
- Dynamic load rating of the rack: 300 lbs evenly distributed across the rack verified in CAD and real life testing
- These ratings are rated and measured WITH optioned Pak Rax. The Pak Rax allows for the distribution of weight to the body of the Bronco allowing the best stability and carrying load capacity.

Ford rates the Bronco roof with a factory rack at "Max load 110 lbs dynamic and 450 lbs static evenly distributed." All these weights will be at your discretion as they are above Ford's "recommended" capacities. We build our rack to be capable on its own of withstanding 850 lbs static, and 250 lbs dynamic. GVWR and other factors such as roof materials, the center of gravity, and wind dynamics all apply to any load you put on top of a vehicle, and you, as the user, are responsible for the safe loading and operation of your vehicle. Please review your Owner's Manual to review your recommended payloads for your Bronco.

Is everything really on sale?
Almost everything. Over 1,150 products across our top overlanding brands are marked down as we clear out our Cloverdale showroom, some by up to 60%. A few brands are held at regular price due to manufacturer pricing agreements, but the vast majority of our in-stock inventory is discounted. Do discount codes or price matching still work?
Clearance prices are already our lowest, so discount codes, promotions, and price matching do not apply to sale items. Any valid discount codes may still be used on regular-priced items at checkout.
Are these items new or used?
Most items in this clearance are brand new and in-stock. As the sale continues we may also list a limited number of open-box or built showroom display units, priced accordingly. The condition of every item is clearly marked on its product page, so you always know exactly what you're getting.
Do clearance items come with a warranty?
New items carry the full original manufacturer warranty, valid with your proof of purchase. As a retailer, we help facilitate claims, but the warranty is always held directly with the manufacturer, so our location closing does not affect it. Any showroom display or demo units are sold as-is at a reduced price, with their condition clearly marked on the product page, and these do not carry a manufacturer warranty. Keep your receipt or order confirmation as your proof of purchase.
What's the return policy on sale items?
Regular-priced items follow our standard 60-day return policy. Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please check fitment and product details before ordering. Final sale covers change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives defective, it is covered by its manufacturer warranty, as above. When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed and handed to the carrier quickly, usually within 1 business day and no later than 1 to 3 business days during the sale. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We ship across Canada. Can I pick up my order or visit the showroom?
Yes. Our Cloverdale showroom is open Monday to Wednesday, 10am to 5pm, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday. Order pickups are welcome anytime during showroom hours, and appointments can be booked by emailing info@modularacks.com. Everything is also available online 24/7 at modularacks.ca.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
No. This is a clearance of our in-stock inventory, so once an item sells out it's gone for good. If something you want is still listed, that's your window to grab it.
Can I still use a gift card or store credit?

Why are you closing?
We're closing our Cloverdale physical location and clearing out our showroom inventory. Are my existing orders and pre-orders still valid?
