Our goal was to make the best tailgate pad in the business. The result: the Swagman PARAMOUNT PAD MID-SIZE. It’s packed with features that make it one of the simplest and safest ways to carry up to four bikes in the back of your mid-size pickup. Built-in stanchion slots keep the forks in place and stop the bikes from moving around. Adjustable integrated Velcro straps secure the downtube. High density foam prevents the bikes and truck from getting banged around. An extra large flap gives you access to your tailgate latch. Use the integrated mesh bags to store helmets, pads, or even a post-ride bag of chips - we don’t judge!

Is everything really on sale?
Almost everything. Over 1,150 products across our top overlanding brands are marked down as we clear out our Cloverdale showroom, some by up to 60%. A few brands are held at regular price due to manufacturer pricing agreements, but the vast majority of our in-stock inventory is discounted. Do discount codes or price matching still work?
Clearance prices are already our lowest, so discount codes, promotions, and price matching do not apply to sale items. Any valid discount codes may still be used on regular-priced items at checkout.
Are these items new or used?
Most items in this clearance are brand new and in-stock. As the sale continues we may also list a limited number of open-box or built showroom display units, priced accordingly. The condition of every item is clearly marked on its product page, so you always know exactly what you're getting.
Do clearance items come with a warranty?
New items carry the full original manufacturer warranty, valid with your proof of purchase. As a retailer, we help facilitate claims, but the warranty is always held directly with the manufacturer, so our location closing does not affect it. Any showroom display or demo units are sold as-is at a reduced price, with their condition clearly marked on the product page, and these do not carry a manufacturer warranty. Keep your receipt or order confirmation as your proof of purchase.
What's the return policy on sale items?
Regular-priced items follow our standard 60-day return policy. Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please check fitment and product details before ordering. Final sale covers change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives defective, it is covered by its manufacturer warranty, as above. If you're unsure whether something fits your vehicle, email us at info@modularacks.com before you buy and we'll confirm.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed and handed to the carrier quickly, usually within 1 business day and no later than 1 to 3 business days during the sale. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We ship across Canada. Can I pick up my order or visit the showroom?
Yes. Our Cloverdale showroom is open Monday to Wednesday, 10am to 5pm, and by appointment on Thursday and Friday. Order pickups are welcome anytime during showroom hours, and appointments can be booked by emailing info@modularacks.com. Everything is also available online 24/7 at modularacks.ca.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
No. This is a clearance of our in-stock inventory, so once an item sells out it's gone for good. If something you want is still listed, that's your window to grab it.
Can I still use a gift card or store credit?
Yes. Gift cards and store credit remain valid and can be used online at modularacks.ca. If you're holding a gift card or store credit and have any questions, email us at info@modularacks.com.
Why are you closing?
We're closing our Cloverdale physical location and clearing out our showroom inventory. Our online store at modularacks.ca remains open, so you can still shop our gear, get support, and rely on your manufacturer warranties. This sale is your chance to grab our in-stock inventory at clearance prices before it's gone.
Are my existing orders and pre-orders still valid?
Absolutely. All existing orders, pre-orders, and deposits are being honoured in full and will be fulfilled as normal. Your proof of purchase and manufacturer warranty remain valid. If you have any questions about an existing order, email us at info@modularacks.com.
Can I get a copy of a past receipt or proof of purchase?
Yes. If you bought from us in the past and need a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, email us at info@modularacks.com and we'll send it your way. It's worth keeping on file, since your manufacturer warranty stays valid with it.
Do you still offer installation?
Installation is available on a limited basis while our team is on-site during the sale. If you'd like your gear installed, email us at info@modularacks.com to check availability and book before the sale ends.
